Fine7 Genius Tablet - Android Lying down with red triangle

hi there, i've been using the Fine7 Genius for about a month now with no problems, nice tablet.
but came to use it this morning and it just hangs with the Allfine logo, so managed to get to the android man lying down with the red triangle, but i cant get to the settings to do a hard reset from there.
tried different combinations with the power/volume buttons but nothing seems to work. any help would be appreciated.
found the allfine website but the downloads dont work for the firmware.

Hi, I have the same problem. but I tried your steps but when I get to the recovery system there is only an android bot laying down with a triangle and no browsing options. It does not let me see anything but the laying android.
