Firefox/flash

Anyone running Firefox & having trouble with flash? I notice that a lot of site display the plugin download box, but in the menu, it is showing that the plugin is installed...?

I'm not having any problems, but if you go to Adobe - Flash Player , you will find out if flash is properly installed and what version you have.
