Hi, guys.
Here is the stock firmware and upgrade instructions of Nova 10 quad core tablet PC.

V1 version

Note: If you find the wifi can not be enabled after update V2 firmware, please restore to V1 firmware. The V1 and V2 version Nova 10 applies with different main board, please try the firmware that fits your tablet.
Step 1:
Unzip “PhoenixUSBPro.rar”, run “PhoenixUSBPro” in the folder.
Browse and choose Key file and Image file.
Step 2:
Click “Start”, the red cross on the right side will turn to green.
Step 3:
Power off the tablet. Hold the Volum + and Power button, the LED indicator
will light up to be RED. Then plug in the USB cable. There will pop-up a
window to install the driver. Locate the install folder to USBDriver folder
in the Phoenix folder and install the driver.
When the driver installed, the upgrade process will execute automatically.
You will see the percentage goes in the grid.
Step 4:
When the upgrade done, the indication in the grid will be green. And it
will states Finish in the result column. Click “Stop” and unplug your tablet.
Step 5:
When unplugged, the LED indicator still lighting. Please hold the power
button to power off the tablet first and reboot it.
Note: The first boot-up after upgrade will take a few minutes. Please
wait patiently.
