Firmware for M70003??

Hi All just been given an M70003 tablet and am now looking to flash a better firmware. Would prefer a 2.1 or similar based rom but any thing fully rooted and with better functions would be great too.

Please state OS version,Functions,speed and if rooted... PLUS link too
