Firmware Reinstallation Required, How Do I Do It?

Greetings all,


I bought a 2nd hand Superpad lll 10", running Android 2.2, while the seller is deciding what to do about my dead 7" Jellybean tablet. The Superpad is missing the "Privacy" tab in "Settings", so that I can't perform a factory reset to remove the previous owner's email & other details.

Please explain where I go to obtain a complete download of the firmware, how & what to download it to, and how to install it. Assume (accurately) that I know nothing at all about this aspect of the Android OS.

Hi Salguod, congratulations on your new to you Superpad and welcome to the forum. Nice of you to become a member of Android Tablets. I'd suggest you try doing a factory reset of your tablet.
