flash 10 on android kit kat

I have a Dell venue 8, android tablet, running kit Kat. Many websites say I need flash 10 to see content. I tried downloading flash 10 from the adobe archive, google play no longer has flash, and it won't let me download. Any suggestions?

If it won't let you download it that's one thing. You may need to consider a different browser. If it won't let you install it that's a different story. Keep in mind that the number of browsers that still support Flash on Android is dwindling fast. If/when you do get it installed, (and it should be 11 not 10), try using Puffin or Dolphin Browsers.
