flash in web pages does not work

my tablet was dead and i revive it with "modroid"(i tried with others but did not work ok the touchscreen
with this one go perfect but there is onnly 2 things not working

1)the camera (when i turn it on the tablet hangs up
2)the flash player i can not see flash staff in web pages

i reinstall both with different version but still does not work;can anyone help me?
