Flash/Instagram Not Working On New Tablet

I have a Ematic 13.3 inch HD Cinema Tab with Android 4.1, Jelly Bean & Google Play ETH103-BL 13.3-Inch 8 GB Tablet ( Black ). It seems be a great tablet, but anytime I try to play a video on Instagram, the video playback is sold black...Audio is fine, but cant watch the video.

YouTube and other vids seems to work fine...I have uninstalled, reset, etc.....no luck! ANY IDEAS?????

Your title includes the word Flash but you didn't mention it in the text. Is it installed? Your YouTube may be working using HTML5 which isn't supported everywhere.

There is a "flash player settings" icon on my tablet as an "app" so i assuming Flash is installed
