Flash Not Pre-Installed

hey everybody glad to be a member and hope someone will be able to help me with using my tablet. I live in Nevada, am 64 yrs. old not very computer literate, i thought buying a tablet would be great but i bought one and didn't use it right away and it didn't come with flash pre-installed so now i can't play videos or my casino games just need suggestions on what to do now, i have a nextbook 3 tablet
