Sorry no flash on 1.6, you can download a youtube app that plays youtube videos, but no flash in the browser until 2.2. I think there is a downloadable browser that will play some flash, but I cant remember which one it was, if you have the Android Market, you could look at some different browsers and there descriptions. I know it isn't Dolphin, Opera, or Chrome. maybe skyfire, or xscope
