Flytouch 2 lockscreen. Can't change it! secure lockscreen app?

Normally on android you can go to Setting > Location & security > Unlock pattern or password.

When I go to setting > location & security, I only see:
My location
-Use wireless networks to find my location (checkbox)
-Use GPS to find my location (checkbox)
Passwords
- Visible passwords (checkbox)

I tried few apps bot non of them worked.
Does anyone knows a way or app to have a protected lockscreen password or pattern.
I have a rooted device, but please no costum roms.
