Flytouch III Weather App setup

K, I'm wondering how I change the the country/state/city of the weather app that comes standard with the Flytouch III 2.2, at the moment it is set up for Bejing, China and I want to set it for Brisbane Australia, but the manual doesnot explain how to change it and I not able to find it - can some one help me please!

k, tried that and it comes up and says Sorry - The application WeatherForcast (process com.android.weatherforcast) has stopped unexpectedly, please try again. K I have done this several times with the same result.
