Flytouch password reset

My son has a flytouch 10vs tablet that he forgot the password for-can anyone help with how to reset? There is nothing on it that is needed so if he loses everything that's OK.

I have searched everywhere for help and have tried all pushing all buttons while turning on. it has Android 4.0

Still working on this, nothing seems to work. Is there a way to reset from a pc?
