Forget password - need to reset factory default

Hi, help me please ! I can't find my answer anywhere !

My son put a password on his tablet but dont remember it, so we cannot use the tablet anymore.

The tablet is a Tablet Pc Mid-Android model 88009721.

I search the answer for 1 week but cannot find it.

And its not write in the user manual.

Can someone help pls ?
