Forgot my PIN? Help?!

Hello everyone.

I am new in this forum. I created my account because I have a big trouble with my Trio Tablet. 2 months ago I forgot my PIN. I have been searching for a solution, but I don't find it. When I reset it, it doesn't appear any menu to reset it, and when I do it, it still asks me for my PIN. Please, help!!

By the way: I don't have Google Play.

What kind of PIN are you mentioning about? Is that for the accessing of your tablet?

If this is the PIN to unlock your tablet and you do not have a Google account set up, your best option is to do a factory reset. To do this, it will be some combination of the hardware buttons (typically VOL DOWN, VOL UP, POWER and sometimes a RESET HOLE or a ROTATION SLIDER).

Hard to say exactly how to do this with your tablet as even the major ones vary from one model to the next how to perform a reset. You may want to try calling the hardware OEM of the tablet to see if they can help you.
