formatted mid7048 system. HELP!! please

i am a complete noob with this. i thought formatting the system would bring everything back to stock after factory restore didn't work. i can't get past the coby logo now and i can't hook the usb to the computer. the stupidest thing i have ever done. does anyone have a backup i could install on a sd card or have steps i could use to try flashing/restoring the tablet to normal. i am screwed in the sense that i got this tablet as an xmas gift a week early from a lottery website. any help would truly be appreciated. and i know i was stupid and reckless for doing this. merry christmas and thank you to anyone who can manage to help me out
