pls i need help,i just bought a viewsonic viewpad 7 which is rare in nigeria and the touchpal is already frozen, it has refused to unlock,i have pressed thhe reset button several times and it isnt unlocking,its presently on airplane mode and i cant change anything cos it has refused to unlock, the phone engineer says the touch pal is bad, how can a new phone have a faulty touchpal so soon.pls help me
