Frozen

Not sure if anyone can help. My reader froze up on me so I hit the reset button. Have had to do so before and have had not problems. This time nothing. I can not turn my reader on, have tryed to power/volume buttons, just the power button but its as if my reset button is stuck and will not release. An ideas?

Mine froze with the android exclamation point, took off the back and unplugged the battery. Pretty crude way to do it but it worked for me.
