Fusion 5 Phone

Hello
I am new to this forum stuff. so can anyone help. I have a Fusion 5 phone that is locked on rebooting. I have tried the on/off and volume up button solution but to no avail. Can anyone offer a solution. Many thanks

Well, we really don't do much with phones here as this is a tablet site, but can you clarify what you mean by "locked on rebooting"?
