Galaxt Tab how to turn on the screen to take pictures

Hi Just got my Galaxy once I open the camera icon the tab opens t the camera/video but I cannot view the subject in front of me ???any ideas....thanks in advance

take it back?? Sounds faulty to me as mine worked straight out of the box.
Try updating your firmware using samsung kies

I had the same bug when my sgt was new but after some updates on kies and samsungapps problem solved automagically
