Gallery3d file management

[OldGit]

I have 2 folders of images in the Gallery3d file system
Internal Storage\Android\data\com.android.gallery3d\cache\picasa-12345...
These were to be temporary files on my tablet but I can't find out how to delete them.

Please will somebody help me with this simple (?!!?) task?
