[GAME] "Ban" the person above you!

I saw this on Tbolt forums and decided to bring it over here. Essentially what you do is come up with a reason why you should ban the person above you. Feel free to jump in at anytime! Try to keep trolling to a BARE minimum though . I'll start it off.
