GingerBread for MID1024 (1025_v4) ?

I have a 1024 MID 1025_v4 motherboard and I'm sad because there is still no update to 2.3 Gingerbread
What is the complexity to develop a rom for this device?
It would not just change the rom 1024N to load the 1025_v4 video driver?

I'm having many problems with crashes with version 2.2 and I'm kind of unhappy with my tablet.
I've tried many rom which resulted in a black screen and even the brick. Despite being an advanced Linux User, unfortunately I have no knowledge development level but I am willing to collaborate and do all the tests possible to contribute to the development of a more current ROM for this device.

The main problem is the digitizer driver. There isn't a Gingerbread version and probably there will never be.

If you are sure your board is 1025_V4 I have put togheter a CFW for it that is a little better. You may wanna try it, but there is no turn back once you install it.
