GingerLF EVO VS Evolution 3.1.1

What is the best ROM, GingerLF EVO or Evolution 3.1.1? What is the difference between them? I want to run Gingerbread 2.3 in my Kyros 1024 and I've come up with these two ROMs, but I don't know which one to choose.

Been asked several times. best bet is to download them both and flash. the flash process is relatively easy. I run the GingerLF EVO currently.

I am sorry, I am a noobie about tablets. Do you mean I should download and try both, and then decide by myself which one suits me best?

yes. if you are wanting to install a custom ROM, then yes, download both and see which you like.
