Golauncher Ex appearing in apps drawer

I booted up my Colby kudos mid8042-4 this morning and was getting some apps dwnloaded when I noticed a download linked the go launcher ex in my app drawer...did I over look this when I flashed custom ROM on my tablet so I could get happens....
