Good cheap chinese tablet brands?

I have read some threads on here but get mixed opinions. I want a cheap 10 inch tablet, dual-core around 1.5ghz, 1gb ram is fine, 16gb or more plus expandable memory, and decent build quality. I will mainly be watching videos so I want a decent resolution too. I have heard that Ainol, Zenithink, Cube are good (I have actually looked at there tablets and found some I like). Also is SpeMall a good place to buy from? I have emailed them and they seem reliable and trustworthy.

As in life, you get what you pay for. If you pay for a cheap generic tablet, expect a cheap generic experience.
