Google Play.. is it gonna work?? Pleasssse help a newbie!

Hi! Bought my daughter the Ematic 10" Eglide XL Pro II. ASSUMING that since it was an Andriod tablet, that it would do Google Play like my husbands Android phone.. then I charged it up, turned it on and it wants AMAZON gift cards for the app store. PLEASE tell me there is a way I can load Google Play onto this thing so she can access all of the apps she wants from the Android market... please ? I bought like $50 in Google Play cards.. realized I needed AMAZON cards, tried to return them.. no go..HELP! Thanks! J

Unfortunately, not all Android tablets have Google Play installed on them for one reason or another.
