Google Play says the app is installed but can't find it

I recently got a new Android tablet running v4.3 with the Google Play Store. Went to install a program and GPS says added to list then a minute later say's it's installed, but I don't see it anywhere. Anyone know a fix for this. I know older versions of Linux would do that all the time. Install a program and it's no where to be found, not even though the shell.

There is a set of squares that should be on the home page that will take you to the app drawer where ALL the apps are. Did you look there?
