Although they are not for sale at this time, it looks like Google is teasing the near-future availability of their Project Tango 3D Mapping focused super-tablet. Late last night they posted both a white and black Project Tango Developer's Kit on the Google Play Store. It doesn't specify a price yet, but more than likely the dev kit will be around $1,000 according to the intel we have.

Here's Google's official description from the Play Store:
For professional developers interested in the future of mobile 3D sensing.
The Project Tango Tablet Development Kit contains customized hardware and software designed to track full 3-dimensional motion while simultaneously capturing geometry of the environment.

This 7” tablet includes a powerful NVIDIA Tegra K1 processor with 4GB of RAM and 128GB of storage, integrated depth sensing, motion tracking camera, WiFi and NFC.

Project Tango is one of the coolest innovations to come out of Google X Labs, and will likely be one of their biggest hits. The possible applications of this technology are legion!

Here's the two links for your perusal:
We'll keep an eye on this and let you know when they become available.
