Gorilla Glass + Galaxy Tab = Happy Day

That’s right; we can now call the upcoming tab, Gorilla Tab. This news comes from a press release by Corning, makers of Gorilla glass, who were proud to announce it. They say they’re the supplier of what will be the screen of the upcoming tablet, and my next purchase. This is exciting news because that means no matter how much I try (which I will try with a knife), I will not scratch the device.
Gorilla glass was made popular recently with the addition to the front iPhone 4 screen, so being including in the spec sheet will give the tab a little more appeal to the less knowledgeable shoppers.
