Got ICS upgrade - but now NO flash??

Just upgraded my tab to ICS yesterday, but immediately noticed that flash no longer works on any of my browsers, including stock. It seems as though the upgrade un installed my flash player. And when I go to the market, adobe flash player isn't available. Is their a good or equitable alternative to adobe flash player app that will fix my browser? Appreciate any suggestions or help. Thanks.

On ICS there is no good reason for you not to have Flash. The upgrade may have done something to the cache in your system.

Gotta keep local backups before they disappear from the Market
