Tegra 2 optional 3G but CDMA and capacitive and just top o line hardware.

for 500 bucks i wouldnt go to the china market,
because if it brakes you are done.

for this much money i would go to a well known reliable brand from usa or europe.
And you can buy and unlocked ipad 16gb for allready about 400 dollars.
And other well known brands bring out some nice tablets soon.

I would wait for some 2.3 or 3.0 tablets.
