Hi, I am Michael from Spokane WA. Ham Radio Operator and looking forward to using my new tablet. Which brings me to my problem.

I just got my EPAD tablet, it took about a month to get to me. When I turn it on I must press the back of the case very hard to get an image on the screen and it doesn't last. Could this be a loose chip or should I send it back?

welcome to for form. i think you should deffinetly send it back sure it might take another month to get another one but it is worth the wait to have one that works

Well, after dealing with Chinese customs and everything else, I got my new tablet back. It came faster through the mail vs UPS. So, it works and I am now, trying to figure out what I will do with it know.
