GT-P6210 has app running on kiosk mode - how to unlock?

I hope this is in the right place. I have a Samsung Galaxy Tab 7.0 Plus (model #GT-P6210) that has an app installed on that is running in kiosk mode and basically restricting access to the rest of the device (like the camera, or the ability to take screenshots, or even to connect to wifi). I can do all of these things if I go into safe mode.

Does anyone have any idea how I can get this app to go off kiosk mode, so that I can access the rest of the device without being in safe mode?

I'm guessing the answer is yes, but have you tried uninstalling the app in Safe Mode?
Do you know what the app is called?
