I was helping my elderly neighbor who had set a pin then forgot the pin. I actually was able to get it done today!

Apparently they sold a manual with this one!!! All I had to do was hold the power button in for 12 seconds with it already on. At first it gives the normal power off options but then after about 10-12 seconds it gives the option to boot into recovery mode!

Who would have figured... read the manual
