How do I do a hard reset?
My tablet will not accept my pin (any of my pins)... and won't even let me turn it off without a pin.
I was working just fine about a week ago, but today I can't get my pin in to use it.
I've held the on/off button down for several seconds (the screen turns off before I release it.)
I know it is possible to factory reset it, but I can't remember
