Has anyone bought from ipadalternative.com?

Hi, I was wondering if anyone had any experience of buying from ipadalternative.com. I am having a really bad experience! I bought the N90 Fast Tab (window), which is faulty, having hard time sending it back.
There is a lot more to this story, but interested in other peoples dealings.
