Has Anyone Purchased Tablets Through Android Tablet Bay Store?

I made just one purchase of two 7 inch Pipo S1 tablets in December. It is now fall of 2013 & the end customer brought the tablet back because it just quit working (and I cannot get it working, either) within the 1 year warranty by the manufacturer. I have done everything I can think of to try to get Android Tablet Bay Store (Android Tablet Bay - Global Online Shopping for Android Tablet PC, Android Phone - androidtabletbay.com) to respond back to my e-mails & website communications. I even tried to put negative reviews on their website, but they just don't post the reviews (nor do they answer me back). If anyone has some way to get them to respond to me, I would definitely appreciate it. I'm just glad I go through another Chinese supplier for all of the Pipo tablets I order for our customers.
