Hate the green robot

I bought a Mid 7in tablet two months ago, it worked fine for a while. But now, all I get is the green robot and he's not moving! Any help would be appreciated.

Do you have any more information about the tablet? Model, OS version, where you bought it? Unfortunately if you bought a no-names generic Chinese tablet these sorts of issues pop-up and are generally not easy to deal with.
