Have a problem in Android Applications.

Dear All,
My friend she gave me an android tablet to set it. This tablet PC, THERE IS NO BRAND NAME WRITTEN ON IT. I think Made in China OR anywhere near to it. The problem that android tablet has, 'Hanging on the start up with the message of FORCE CLOSE SOME APPLICATIONS' means whenever she turn on the tablet it gave FORCE CLOSE error of applications, and not work at all. Can anyone help me in solving this problem? I need to reinstall the Android but any other version like GINGERBREAD, HONEYCOMB. The memory card 16GB but EMPTY. she format the memory card before. Now her tablet is not working so i want to reinstall the android. Please help.
