Have Doc to go but does not show me usb stick

I have got Doc to go but does not show my USB stick it only showes External card and internal card
also got File manger thats showes USB storage but wont play the movies I have on it
1 is AVI and the other is MP4
I have Buzz player loaded and plays all other movies but it only showes whats on internal hard drive
