new flytouch pad hdmi works great on my son,s 19" flat screen tv but on my philips cineos 42" tv i get picture, no sound any one have a clue hot to get it working
Are you using the same cable that you used on your son's tv? Some HDMI cables don't carry sound (mostly old ones.) But first, go into the menu on the Philips and make sure that your sound input is set to HDMI instead of AV. On my Philips 42" Plasma, it's under Menu->Settings->Setup->Source->Analog Audio In->HDMI. If HDMI is greyed out then you have the wrong cable or your tv needs a firmware update.
