HELP......13.3" will not load UPDATE

My 13.3" Hanspree was working fine, then it told me the System had an Update to install. I clicked to install Update and it appeared to go well, did its thing and rebooted to Home Screen. Then I wanted to install Google Play....I had previously installed it OK. Now the tablet will let me get as far as the "INSTALL" for Android market but sticks at "Download completed 0/4" On looking I find that all my previous Applications are downloaded but are not able to be opened. Can anyone help please? The tablet was new in January 2014.

Thanks...sorry.....it would seem that the SERVER was overloaded. The Update and Google Play are now on my Tablet....ALL IS NOW OK........did it this morning, must have been before everyone else updated theirs.
