HELP! Android 2.3 Tablet with 7 Inch Touchscreen + WIFI + 3G Capability - Epad MX1014

I've purchased a Android 2.3 Tablet with 7 Inch Touchscreen + WIFI + 3G Capability - Epad MX1014. I got a 3G dongle (telstra) and the tablet won't read it.

I don't know much about technology and I've been to telstra thinking it was the dongle, however it works. They advised for me to get technical support from Android. Where? and How? do I do that.

I just want to use my Tablet.

PLUS ...... it won't read USB's. Why?

Get a program called SnapPea. Its an awsome networking WIFI program that lets you link your android tablet up to the pc without USB. I found the same problem with my MX1014 tablet. Typical cheap chinese crap.

You have to have snapPea on both the device and the PC. it can be downloaded from the google play store for the device. the PC just google SnapPea.
