Help for 2.2 Android Tablet

This is my first time writing, I hope I`m doing this right.. ANYWAY...
I bought a 2.2 MID android tablet & it works fine BUT... The one thing..
I CANT DOWNLOAD GAMES FROM THE APP MARKET !!!
WHEN i CLICK ON (DOWNLOAD) TO DOWNLOAD A GAME,A PAGE COMES OUT STATING THAT
[ i HAVE NO PERMISSION ]......
PLEASE ADVISE WHY IS THE POSIBILITY THIS CAN HAPPEN... WHAT DO I HAVE TO DO IN ORDER TO DOWNLOAD GAMES FROM THE APP STORE.. i GREATLY APPRECIATE YOUR HELP.

My sincerest apology for not looking before posting. What a humble lesson for me in internet manners.

Hopefully you get to read this, but contact your supplier to see if there has been any firmware updates for your device

Also give us more info about this. Pictures, specifications, and where you got it from.
