HI ALL JUST BROUGHT A ELONEX ETOUCH 10 " TODAY CHARGED IT UP SWITCHED ON AND THATS IT THE SCREEN JUST SAYS ANDROID AND I CANT DO ANYTHING ELSE HELP PLEASE DO I NEED TO SYNC IT TO MY LAPTOP OR SOMTHING ????

Mine just started without any problem.
Give it a moment to load-up, but it should start and load everything after you press the 'go' button.
Suggest you contact Elonex: Elonex :: Support
PS: You might try pressing the 'reset' button in the first instance (a paper clip will help). Good luck.
PPS: Skyfire is an excellent browser to use as you can play many features that require 'flash'.
