[HELP] How to restore Dump files (COBY KYROS MID9740)

Hi guys I need your help.

I want to restore the ROM from CM9 to Stock ROM. I downloaded a system dump by vampirefo in the development sticky thread. But i don't know how to install it. And I see the workshop for COBY MID9042 which has a tutorial for restoring a rom. But the META-inf file I think is only for 9042. Can anyone give me any links to install a dump file? Thanks
