Help identifying Mid Tablet, I have a list of specs

Hey guys, I recently bought a cheap mid tablet off ebay to play around with, unfortunately the firmware was a bit crap so I decided I wanted to upgrade the firmware. I got it to boot with the new firmware but the touch screen and other aspects wouldn't work, so I was hoping you guys could help me identify its model so that I could quicken my search to find working firmware. Thanks.

Here are the specs:
Tablet Name: Mid Pad
Model as shown in details: Generic
Original OS: Android 1.6
Original Firmware: WM2.0.1_88
RAM: 256MB
Light Colour: Green
Screen Size: 7in
Camera: Face facing
Buttons: ipad style front button, power on top, menu and volume on the side.
Colour: The entire Tablet is black, with no words to help define it.

Try uberoid v10 or 11 you might need to play with changer bat numbers for a while like I did but. Its worth it in the end

OK, do we know if my device is a 8505 or an 8650 though? I'm not sure of that either. I've only tried 8505 roms so far.
