HELP ! is there away i can change my epads desktop look

hi there guys ive just recently got a epad 2.2 dnt no much bout it ive already rotted it today bt i hate the look of it is there a way i could change the look of its desktop and app icons to something like macintosh os 7 thnks for help guys also hi to all of u this is my first post much aprreciated for your time

You can give Zeam a try (as discussed here): Zeam

Basically, you can just go to Android Market and search for "Home Launchers" or just "Launchers".

You may also want to search for "home Launcher switcher" apps if you want to try out more than one launcher replacement at once.
