Help me i new :(

Hi guys

I hope you can help me and my girlfriend got 2 android tabs from ebay. one is a Superpad 3 Android 2.2 and one is a Mid Pad Android 3.0

The problems we are having is

The Superpad has flash but we are getting no RED on screen ie YouTube logo BLUE and megavideo logo BLUE - how can i fix this,??

Mid Pad has not got the official app market on it (i dont think anyway) plus no flash at all, is they anyway of putting these on the pad with out the real app market. I downloaded applanet and it loads up but when i try install anything it just says your install will start soon.

Please help as i really want these pads but with out flash they not very use full to us,

I am also new to the Honeycomb world, my weather widget on my Acer always prompts to force close every time I start my tablet. I cannot uninstall it, how do I fix?
